TINY OLD BABY BOOTS, DECORATED FOR EASTER .

Some time ago I received a sweet pair of fabric baby boots,
from my very dear friend, Terri  http://artfulaffirmations.blogspot.dk/,
whom thought they could be decorated, and maybe  for Easter .

And so I did, and enjoyed very much to create a tiny  nest for some
real eggs, and a white dove in one boot,- a flower in the other !!

I added wool and nest material, together with a bow of
beautiful seam binding ,on each !!

So here they are, now decorating my living room,
with a few other Easter related, pieces.
Thank you so much my dear Terri .

Have you started decorating your home ?
It is lovely with a little spring inside, as outside we are still
waiting for sun and warmth !!!

Hugs and love
Dorthe

Precious little baby shoes you decorated Dorthe ♥+♥
making sweet Easter decos for your house. The soft pink ribbons look so pretty too.
I have some of my Mutti's little handmade rabbits and some eggs and nests out along with a little green moss basket.
So nice to see spring blooms again

What a wonderful remake. These are so lovely. We usually have a pair of doves in our big evergreen. But so far it is just too cold here. Your soft colors are kind of their nature. Thanks for the inspiration Dorthe. I have a few pairs of these in my stash. I made pin cushions out of them, but this is a lovely display. Will have to see my time schedule. I have several displays of eggs/rabbits here and there. I made fabric rabbits years ago. Seems now I am dealing with computer issues and cannot download photos. So practicing patience. Have a lovely weekend.

Dear Dorthe,

The little baby shoes are darling and will be a lovely way to decorate the house for Easter.
As yet have not done anything but will have to turn my mind to it.
Happy weekend dear friend and enjoy Spring and all its beauty.
