NEW SHABBY CARDS !!

A card , for a friend, in my favorite tones,
and materials.
Using nature stamps and soft colors with lace and
beautiful old and new papers.

The head was long ago, a gift from my dear friend Lynne-
Have you seen she now have created her very own stampset ....
two very beautiful sets , called : Lynne`s Affirmations .

I  used  crackle medium, onto it , and like it very much!!

Another spring card using the wonderful Infusions ,
an embossed dandelion seed-head, and different stamps.

So fun to play with the Infusions .

Today we have a lovely sunny day, after a very grey sky and
rainy day yesterday, it is good to see the light, again.

Happy Sunday to you all,
Hugs and love
Dorthe

The cards are so different but both are beautiful, dear Dorthe. The mix of techniques and materials create wonderful texture and I love the three-dimensional elements.
Enjoy the sunshine and have a lovely week, my friend! :)

Such beautiful cards, Dorthe - the delicate tones and various fabrics and pages of the first one work so well to frame that lovely head from Lynne, and the Infusions card is just stunning, like dawn on a summer's day. I love it!

It is lovely to visit with you Dorthe ❤ where there always seems to be Light and Beauty!
Your gorgeous soft nature card featuring the special head from Lynne is so you and with the perfect words too.
Lynne continues to amaze and delight with her creativity... I am waiting for her book. I think she could fill several with all she has created!
Your embossed dandelion head is perfection looking like it was just gently blown on and now it's time to make a wish.
Precious bee and other special nature touches.

Hello Dorthe! These are truly lovely. I especially like the one with the face, although both are very nice. You always make me smile with your pretty artwork.
:)
Have you noticed how things are different with our blogs? Our backgrounds don't quite fit any longer. In fact, mine looks terrible today. Have you any ideas about what we might do to make our blogs look nice once again? I've tried several different options, yet nothing truly worked. I have been thinking lately about moving to another spot such as Wordpress or one of the others.
I'd hate to leave Blogger behind. After all, I've blogged there for 8 years so far.
Your thoughts?

I am incredibly lucky and honoured to have this beautiful creation with the gentle colour tones that whisper and the textures of the layered papers and the wonderful crackle on the face.
Dorthe, your friendship means so much to me as does the support and encouragement you give to me.
Thank you always and thank you for sharing your creativity with us, a beautiful post.

Goodness, so many gorgeous new works which I hadn't seen yet! Dear friend, your cards are so beautiful, I love how you use the stamps and embossing and make everything your own, truly Dorthe-style. You wouldn't say they were stamps at all, and that's what I love about how you work with them. Sending you big hugs xx
