Yes Emely is her name, and here she has already grown ,
she is celebrating her 12 years birthday,
having taken her photo at the photographer !!

She got the tiniest sweet cross, and a greeting from France !!

I love to use a little lovely rose colors here ,
of which I colored some laces myself !!

This rest of the week I will spend with this sweetest girl,
coming to visit me here.
I know we will have fun together, she is such a darling
and I love her so much !!

So dear friends, see you next week, when I`m
left "allone" again.
I hope you are all well, and finding joy in your days.

Hugs and love

Hello to you Dorthe!! I love to see when you have posted! I am not on line as much (you know) but was glad to see a post from you today! First I hope you are having a wonderful time with your 'sweetest girl' : ) Enjoy her company; I know you will!
And your book page is beautiful. I like the pocket you created and the color you have added is perfect. (was that some of the lace that you colored/dyed with vegetable?:) So vintage pretty with the trims, flowers and cross.
What a lovely photo too! (my mother is also an 'Emilie')
Hope you have a great week Dorthe, I love your work~ Karen O

Such a beautiful photograph and the way you created the story that the girl is celebrating her birthday and the small cross and greeting from France and the beautiful rose coloured laces, a divine creation!
Dorthe, sending you and sweet Mathilde a message that you both have fun times together. I know she has your heart.

Emely is growing nicely and I adore her story of receiving the cross. The addition of Rose colored hand-dyed laces is perfect for Emely. Mathilda is also growing up and looking so beautiful. Fun times together dear making wonderful memories...

Lovely to see Emely's next steps - she's becoming quite the young lady, and looks wonderful surrounded by all those elegant, feminine laces and frills. Hope you are enjoying a lovely time with your own young lady!
