I would like to add this one to Aprils Simply Neutrals #55
which sweet Wendy has just blogged :
This lady ,as you see ,have long left this earth , but still she is looking out for
loved ones traveling it.
Many of you know that I always add laces to my creations, and
also here , a bit .
I used stencil, stamps, papers , die cut and paper flowers
onto music paper , a little crackle , and my sewing machine .
I hope you visit Wendy, as there is much more to see over there, both
from her, and from other artists , and maybe you would like to link
your own SIMPLY NEUTRALS to her blog .
Here we had sun for 3 days now, and it always raise the spirit .
I hope your week is lovely!!
Hugs and love
Dorthe

This is so lovely Dorthe. I enjoy your projects so very much. They are always layered with such beautiful pieces and lovely textures. I love that your lady is traveling and watching over loved ones. Thank you for sharing her today. I will try to do a post for Wendy's Simply Neutrals. Have a lovely day!

Dorthe your creations would not be the same if there was not a strip of lace to be seen. It was my first attraction two years ago can you believe. Your layering is always incredible. A beautiful piece and it's story, I hope that there are one or two special people that are no longer in my life looking down on me or watching over me in the very same way.
Sorry my email has not been sent yet, I had to take a break for a few days.
Take good care of yourself dear Dorthe, I will be in contact very very soon.
Big Hugs Tracey xx
Your layering style is so delicate - so unique and so utterly beautiful!
I am absolutely thrilled - it's kind of vintage - charming- romantic- soul art! Gorgeous Dorthe!
Have a great week!
Big hugs, Susi
So lovely! It's been so long since I've taken time to visit your blog. You always inspire me to do something creative. Have a great day!
What very beautiful pieces you have laying around - this is gorgeous work, such gentle colours and exquisite details. I love the lady looking out over the travelers and keeping them safe -a sweet story for the sweetest little collage.
Hugs, Diana xx
I love the setting you've provided fro this elegant woman, and the story woven around her too. The lace textures are lovely, and those sweet spring flowers and the soft green tones give us a hint of spring arriving.

Hello Dorthe! I am enjoying looking at your beautiful card for Dahlia! With so much vintage charm and "Dorthe" uniqueness and originality. It is Beautiful!
I like her angelic wings and the soft colors that are perfect for Wen's SNT~
Your vintage layers are lovely and the textures are interesting; wonderful card!
I was so glad to hear you have had some sun : ) It does our hearts so much good to drink it in! Hugs to you, karen o
Så nydelig Dorthe. Med alle fine detaljer tenker jeg det ligger mye arbeid bak.
Ha en finfin dag

Wen, it's always an inspiration to see your artworks. The feathery wing in your card took my eye first, such a great symbol. I love how you use snippets of lace as texture without detracting from the central focus, and my eye wanders around the details of all those extra textures. It's a beautiful card!
Fancy 3 days of sun - we take that for granted in Australia, as even our Autumn and Winter has sunny days. I am contemplating a swim in the ocean today as the temperature will be 26 C. The water temperature is warm as it lags the air temperature by a season so it's Summer in the water. I may get a few more swims in before Winter. I am sure you appreciate your Spring so much more than we do, even though it is my favourite season for the garden.
Wishing you joy and flowers of Spring!
Love and hugs,

Hello dearest Dorthe, your card is so gorgeous! I love the beautiful greenblue hues, it's one of my favourite colours. The textures you created and the layers are so very beautiful.
It was wonderfully sunny here as well, I'm so happy, we had such a wet month (which nature really needed, but I longed for the sun again). And everything is starting to bloom again and fresh leaves are emerging everywhere, yay!
Sending you big hugs and sunny smiles, xoxo
Dorthe Dear I love seeing your beautiful collage creations. Every element you place marries so well with one another and the finished Work of HeArt is stunning. I enjoy reading your blog and miss my being able to blog. When Blogger had comment issues I was not able to “fix” my ability to receive any comments and therefore I have pretty much given up posting anything. Without comments to know if anyone is reading, following or maybe even enjoying whatever I share, there is not much point in spending the time to blog. Very sad I say. So I am deeply grateful for you and so many others who continue to post on their blogs. Spring Sunshine Smiles My Friend...
Wanted to visit you to wish you
HAPPY EASTER dear Dorthe
in case we don't """meet""" until the holidays!
Big hugs
Susi
