Sunday tour ....and collage

Dear friends , a part of a collage , made, using Lynne`s newest stamps, and
an older one too- I love her  style as you well know !
They are to find here , if you are interested in buying them :

Yesterday my husband and I visited a beautiful part of  the island,
to see the glory of nature, while still leaves on the trees.

We also walked the beach and found a lovely handful of stones with
holes in, made by the Baltic Sea through years and years .... they
were brought home , and will be hung on a string, later.

Here the sea, - it was very windy  yesterday, and lots
of whitecaps on the seat , cold but beautiful.

I hope you all had a lovely Sunday, and wishes you all the best for the coming week .

Hugs and love
Dorthe

A beautiful peek at your collage Dorthe! Love love it! Great use of the textures; the textiles and media mix~ Great neutral shades too~ Beautiful image. The sentiment is moving, and I hope to be my own inspiration some day! ; ) But for now, this is a great inspiration for me~~
Thank you for sharing the wonderful Island pictures. It is sooo beautiful. You have all the grandeur of the leaves and landscape; and also the wonderful sea and beach, which I always like to see~Thank you again. The stones are a wonderful find! I see a heart shape there!

Your collage is so beautiful Dorthe and you certainly have used Lynne wonderful things to great advantage! It looks like you had a wonderful outing too at the weekend, such beautiful colours on the trees still, - here most have lost all their leaves already just in the last few days. Those stones look incredible, how amazing that they have holes in them....

Dear Dorthe what a sweet display, I adore that piece of cotton lace and Lynnes stamps work beautifully with it. I do love the way you think when creating. Sounds like you had a wonderful Sunday with your drive and visit to the beach. Here too the leaves are clinging onto the tree's so strong not wanting to fall but within the next couple of weeks they will not be so strong.
I can imagine you both like Teenagers holding hands along the beach gathering those beautiful stones, its as if the sea has done the work for you with those holes. How lucky to find them, they will make the most amazing hanging ornaments have fun creating with them dear.
Hugs for a beautiful week & I hope you are both keeping well?
Warmest of wishes Tracey xx

Hello Dorthe,

What a beautiful post - you should join Simply neutrals for the 50th party, since your pictures are almost all neutrals. I love your rocks with holes and your collage is special. I like that sentiment, too. Happy days and hugs to you,
Love,

I love the stitching in your beautiful artwork here, Dorthe - so delicate and pretty - and Lynne's flower silhouette looks right at home. Lovely to see your island explorations - the trees look beautiful and I love the wildness of the shore.

Dear Dorthe,

Lovely to come and visit you and see what you are up to. The college is beautiful like your work always is.
Nature is wonderful and love the autumnal colours of the leaves And the stones you found are lovely, like the way they are so smooth and with holes, will look great on a string
