GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES

April is here ,hopefully with a lovely spring to visit too, very soon.

This months Challenge called :" GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES "
made me think of so many possibilities, as where we look there
are circles in life .

I chose a White Greyboard Panel ,to which I first did nothing !!
But started on a piece of normal copy paper, painting it with a mix of
Multí Surface Paint in Green - Lime- and a little Mustard Yellow..
From the paper I tore a piece which was adhered to the panel.

I then stamped circles using stamps from :Textures Stamp-Set  2- and 3- and
also from Nature`s Faces -Set 1 by Melina .They were stamped
using Archival Ink ,Jet Black and Brilliance ,Moonlight White .

Pieces of handmade brown paper scratches were adhered to
the button and a piece of cotton lace also painted with a bit of the green mix, and brown,
was together with a handrolled rose adhered , too, forming more circles!!
The rose is made from a circle cut into a spiral ,and then ,from outside, turned around itself, and hold in place ,using a hot-Gluegun.
A pair of Tim Holz paperdolls , and a stick from the garden  rolled
with a green piece of fabric, and a string , were also adhered to the paper.

Making holes with my Crop A Dile and inserting sari silk ribbon , finished the project!!

I think you must have been thinking the very same thing as me Dorthe, life is one big circle and it is hard to start let along finish in this big round world. I love the addition of both small and large circles within your background and the way your colours all combine with those paper dolls. Your hand rolled rose is a beautiful touch surrounded by circular lace. A very Happy Panel.
Wishing you well and a wonderful week ahead, Creative Hugs Tracey xx
