ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE

The last challenge this year, and as the titel say you can do anything you want ,this time.
Isen`t that fantastic !!

I desided to use one of the shrines - and prepared it by adding gesso all over inside and out .
When dry, I sprayed with Infusions Sleight Blue, on the background , and also painted the top wall with Chestnut Brown.
In the bottom, I added crumpled tissue paper, to form a hill, and painted it with white.
I added dry moss ,and larch branches to the hill top, and painted the branches with a little white ,to look as if snow landed there.

Two sizes of Christmas trees, were painted first with gesso, and then added texture paste. Also 4 little snowflakes were painted white. A bigger one with the Metallic Antique Gold ,and the same for the
Happy Christmas, words. Both snowflake and the words, had two coats .

A  greyboard deer was painted with Chestnut brown mixed with a little white , -gold details were added to its bag, and ears.... and also around the Christmas tree`s shapes.

I newly was very inspired by a post somewhere, (cant find it now, and therefore can`t give credit to the one showing it) but she created icicles using a hot glue gun, and I had to try it on this , I managed to make some hanging from the ceiling , they were also painted white.

The last things to do, was adhere trees, dear and snowflakes to the shrine. The words were adhered on top of white painted lace , and tiny cones from nature to the hill .

Now if you want to have a chance winning this wonderful voucher .

you please go to the page : http://thatscraftychallenges.blogspot.dk/ read the rules, and create from your hearth .
Wishing you all a merry Christmas
