As you can see I have fallen in love with the beautiful  Shimmer Purple paint  ,from That`s Crafty ,

in the most lovely lavender tone , and also the Butterfly stamp   by Melina , is a favorite .

Beautiful gifts from a beautiful soul !!

 Last months I received a package of love and beauty , from a very dear friend
Wendy from   http://appleapricot.blogspot.dk/.

Wendy and I have know each other for many years, and she is a beautiful soul and friend.

Just look what was inside , waiting for me !!

The most lovely booklet , so beautifully crafted ! Look the embroidered -friend- on the 

front and the sari silk closure !!

Inside sweetness of pockets one with a tiny book and a handwritten sentiment , and outside 

the gorgeous butterfly, another with a pencil to add notes in the book 

And flowers , - tiny tag and the beautiful bone cross .

This is the back cover , with the embroidered foliage ,turning

all around the book. I so love it Wen, dear !!

And this lovely friend, also thought I should be gifted her very first macrame

art piece, which is this wonderful dream catcher, - now hanging so beautiful here in

my workroom ,between two shelves , dangling when I pass .

These two cute hand crochet flowers, are from Wen`s clever hands ,too, 

the little one made from the most thin yarn and tiny old crochet hook.

They are gorgeous !

Oh and if it was not all too much already, I also found this  adorable hand knitted ,-

Wen is calling it a pocket message booklet , and you see her so loving message

also embroidered here , -what a beautiful message to be gifted, and to hold maybe

in my pocket or maybe around my arm, - the biggest gift I can receive,  :" you are loved " .

Outside another hand crochet heart and an embroidered button .

Oh dearest Wen, how can I ever express my gratitude , and joy for all

these lovingly created and gifted beautiful things. 

Thank you from my heart ,to you dear friend. I treasure it all so very much,

as I also treasure our friendship. 

I`m also so happy to see you back blogging again.

FRIDAY CHALLENGE FOR THAT´S CRAFTY -

Hi all , as some of you now know, we have a Challenge every second Friday over at
http://thatscraftychallenges.blogspot.dk/,
and this Friday , the challenge is : ONLY CARDS !!

Here is my card, showing a summer angel , with a Happy Heart :-) 

The lovely angel is a stamp, created by one of my sweet teammates  Donna ,and I gave her

a new more shabby dress, using dyed laces.

The stamp is available at  That `s Crafty  http://www.thatscrafty.co.uk/ net shop,- as is also the embellishments of wings, and dragonfly ,- the stencils used , the paints and Infusions .

Here you can see her close up, with her sweet face and big bow ,I gave her .  The Harlekin stencil creates a wonderful texture, when used with Texture Paste .

AS  ALWAYS THERE IS  THIS GREAT GIFT  TO THE WINNER ,

SUMMER TIME

I have been a bad friend !!!

Yes , I have not yet found time, to show you, the beautiful gifts

I received from my dear friend Marie , so long time ago

for my birthday..

The beautiful hanger , so lovely with old laces and the two friends,

the pearls, and loving words ,-

and on the back also ,wonderful words , about friendship,

Thank you dear Marie.

You have seen both hearts, so beautiful they are,

and Marie soldered the one  herself.

I love both , speaking their own language 

about friendship.

This is like an envelope she created ,for the gifts 

I love Marie`s style, and her beautiful art.

BE LEAD BY YOUR DREAMS

Challenge time on http://thatscraftychallenges.blogspot.dk/

Anything but Cards is the challenge this time, so I created 

a hanger, by turning a big wonderful White Greyboard from That`s Crafty , on the tip.

I used the big Flower stencil to add texture in every corner, using Gesso ,

sprayed with Infusions,

Added one of Tim Holz paperdolls ,

and painted lovely Embellishments og flowers , and butterflies with Shimmer Paints 

using a little gesso to brighten some of the colors. 

Laces and fabrics were also spray colored with Infusion , and added to the background

together with buttons and the embellishments.

Here you see the beautiful shimmer from the green color . 

I stamped them with : Butterfly Trio stamp
