SIMPLY NEUTRALS 10 -CARDS AND NATURE !!

I have made so many paper cards , so now it
is time for using my fabrics and laces, for the last
christmas cards !

This one with the lovely lady in black and white ,transferred
to muslin, and with laces from my stash, is also perfect for,
Wens  wonderful Natural Party

I used a stamp for the text , little flowers, and pieces from
my scratch box !!!

This rock in my garden has been handled with care by
my German  friend , artist Matthiass Masswig

and some of my husbond `s chopped wood, stacked inside !!

Another card ,very simple , with an embossed background,
handcut white woolen felt flower leaves, and a little
silver bling,- can I say simple beauty !!

************************************

Thank you Wendy for another week, with SIMPLY NEUTRALS
and for showing my silver cross on your beautiful blog, this week, sweetie .

Hugs and love ,to you all out there

Hi Dorthe, your neutral cards are beautiful. You always design the prettiest detailed creations. The lace and fabric give your Christmas cards so much vintage charm. Love how you share your garden rock and the wood pile along in the neutrals. Beautiful for this week of neutrals my friend.

Your card is so beautiful with the lady on muslin and the bits of finery all around her.
Your winter white card is so pretty as well Dorthe!
It looks like you are ready to be warm and cozy this winter with that fine stack of wood.

Beautiful work. Much as I adore a good stack of wood, I don't miss all the labor to get there. It's so different not heating with wood any longer. More time to create. xox

Dorthe
I am late to visit your blog post, I apologise.
Oh the beauty of the neutrals and the transfer onto the muslin is especially beautiful and the gathering of laces and textiles, this Christmas card is a dream!
I also love the rock from your friend and also the wood cut by Henning, such beautiful photographs and to finish the wonderful blog post, that sweet snowflake card. A handcut snowflake, you have such skill and patience, it is very beautiful.
We are expecting a storm in Scotland, maybe it will arrive during the night hours :(
Wishes

Hello Sweet friend,
You have created two so beautiful Christmas cards here using your unique skills with paper, papers, embossing, felt and fabrics. Just lovely!
And the stone Matthiass has worked on is beautiful just as those wonderful stacked shelves of cut firewood. See how artistically Henning has stacked them. I love this image and can relate to it so well.
Have a beautiful weekend my friend,
Sending loving sunshine across the waves,

Your first card Dorthe is amazingly beautiful - perfect in every way and I love its neutral vintage shades. Gorgeous work from your friend and hubby and your final card is wonderfully 'folksy' and pretty - so apt for Christmas. Looks like you are well organised for Christmas and staying cosy. Nicola x

How gorgeous that vintage lady looks transferred onto fabric - a really stunning Christmas card full of feminine texture and detailing. I love the natural neutrals you've included - the beautiful stone and lovely woodpile (something I love, a woodpile). Thanks for sharing your lovely neutral world again.
