HERE WE GO WITH MY FOURTH PAGE IN : THE DOCUMENTED LIFE JOURNAL

Yes, I am still following this wonderful tour of creating a new
page ,every week.  It is kind of fun ,getting a task to work with
from week to week !
This week is  " Words with friends "

I wanted to use my new beautiful stamp from Catherine Moore  and her
shop http://www.characterconstructions.com/, as my first thought of
words with friends, were : Good friends are angels on earth ! and nothing
could then fit better in ,than this wonderful Earth Angel,
which I painted with chalk paints and a little silver .

I gessoed the paper and then added texture with schrunched
eggshells, texture past through stencils, laces ,and dried
hydrangea flowers .

Then I painted with chalk paint and used the wonderful
Distressed Paint from Tim Holz to give the silvery shimmer .
The text stamp I used is from a German stamp compagny,
Sorry I don`t remember the name now !!

I love the tones of blue and brown , mixed with a little
off white , and silver accents.

Thank you so much for visiting me here, it makes my day, reading your comments and
seing your names , ----some of you I can`t revisit ,as I do not find a link to
your blog.

I hope your January has been a good month , and wishes you all a
wonderful start of February ,which will already soon be here !

Hugs and love, Dorthe

I love your sentiment, Good Friends are Angels on Earth, that is so lovely! Beautiful page yet again, your colour choices are wonderful, blues and browns go so well together. And whatever you make, there are nature's little touches, this time in the shape of hydrangea blossoms. I just love it.

Gorgeous journal page, Dorthe! This is a page that I wish I could touch--you've incorporated so many fun textures, like egg shells!! How clever is that! :) I love the little dried hydrangea petals, too! Hydrangea are one of my favorite plants (I've got a few in my shade garden) :)
Your painted Earth Angel is darling and I love her position in the corner as if she's watching over everything! Lovely page through and through!! XOXO-Shari
