SOFT VINTAGE , AND CHRISTMAS !

This vintage ,and neutral coloured card, was created for one of my  friends !

I love the images of the two sisters so much, but don`t remember from where it is,
also it was already printed out, and therefore it will take lots of time
to refind it again in my files , hehehe.

This other with lots of  christmassy feeling, also was created,
for a Danish friend,- whom luckily, after 14 dayes
of waiting, recieved it last week !!

I loved to make the snow, with a Tim Holz stencil !!

This coming sunday we are having a big fleamarket , here where we live,
we have gone through all the savings of older furnichures, glasses,
toyes, fabric rests ,pearls, pictures, and much more.
I hope to see a lot of happy people ,wanting to buy something!!

As most of you reading this blog are far,far away, and therefore
really not able to come,- I will just wish you a lovely week, and
a restful and happy weekend.

Hugs and love from Dorthe

Oh what a gorgeous card of sisters sweet Dorthe! They somehow look so natural in their togetherness!
I am so glad your little reindeer finally found its way through the snow to arrive at your friend's home! Such a relief!
I know just how busy you are in preparation for your big flea market day on the weekend. So many decisions to make in what to keep and what to sell. I just wish you so much luck with it all.

These are so lovely, Dorthe. The two sisters are charming, and I love the soft feminine lacy frame you created for them. And the deer is adorable, with that golden flower rosette picking up the colour of his fur perfectly.

Hope you have a great time at the fleamarket on Sunday!

Sorry I've missed so much, but I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of visiting.

Dearest Dorthe

You have been busy - two beautiful cards made with your clever hands!
I love the sweet sisters, the older sister has such beautiful dark wavy hair.
They both wear gorgeous white dresses - I love the touches of blue too.

The sweet bambi card is all about Christmas in your part of the world!

Oh I would love to be at the flea market with you - what a lot of fun that would be!

Sisters is exactly what came to mind when I saw that sweet image Dorthe ♥
So happy that the mailman/lady delivered your treasures to your special friend...we would say it took the "scenic route" which is not always the shortest way ;-)
Your deer in the snow is really precious with St Nicholas watching over the forest too ♥
Wishing you the best of luck with your sale dear Dorthe...you certainly have some wonderful things to tempt everyone (those lucky ones being close enough to partake!!!)

Hello dearest Dorthe. Har du det godt? .-) I just hop over for a short visit! I need some cheering up so it came to my mind, to see your beautiful creations, read your warm words and therewith easily get into a cheery mood. No, I am not depressed because of the weather in Berlin. I just need to do soooo much housework and I do not feel AT ALL well for having to do it. Well, things have to be done. But seeing your beautiful and delicate cards gives me the urge to create some as well. I love the soft-toned one with its pastell colours and the sweet sisters. It must have been a lot of work to create it. So many details to be seen. Also the one for your Danish friend with the little deer on it is so cute.
Jeg onske dig an smuk dag! Pheww, that was difficult...
Hugs my dear friend, Manu
(By the way, how did the fleamarket go? You had sooo many wonderful things on your photo...)

There is such a gentleness to both creations, especially the first with that delightful image. It is so serene.
Then the beautiful tag with the image of that sweet deer. I love the snow you created, with a stencil you say, that is very clever!
Both creations have a timeless quality to them.
