This year it looks like my decorations will be mostly kept in white,-
and yesterday,-The first Sunday in Advent - we lit the Advents Wreath for the
first time this year! It is a big tradition in Denmark to celebrate advent!
This little display is on my dining table ...the christmas tree I bought on my trip to
Copenhagen, it is very simple, but beautiful I think!!! I added a
tiny white fur to the deer ,and the house looks cosy with the tealight lit!!
Some of you may remember, that I promised to show you my little
but wonderful collection of christmas cones purchased from KIMBERLY http://artjoystuff.blogspot.dk/
So here you have them - they are all richly decorated with old,
and new items, and I love them!!
I love the deer and all the bling here.
This beauty ,so wonderful made from an old spool still with yarn , is so
beautiful, with the tiny house on top!

Oh Dorthe all your lovely Christmas decorations look so beautiful! I love your advent wreath with the little angels attached, so sweet! This year I did not make a hanging one but just a wreath on our dining table decorated with green spruce. Advent is not much of a tradition here in Scotland, but we always celebrate it.
I adore all your other beautiful bits and pieces too, that cone collection is simply amazing and your little house on it's tower of stools is so pretty too! I can see your house is well and truly getting ready for this wonderful season.

Oh my Dear Dorthe there is something so magical about the light from candles in the evening. Your Advent wreath is so beautiful so too your little white Christmas tree, decorated deer and candle tea house.

Love your home décor. It is so inviting and I love the tradition of the advent candle wreath. Our faith does this as well being Catholic.
