GIFTS OF WONDERFUL BEAUTY

I have recieved stunning gifts from many dear friends to my birthday, and shows them as they arrived!

So today it is parcels from my dear   VIOLA.

She creates the most beautiful artwork, and she is a very dear friend.

This is how beautiful the parcels looked !

Each with a wonderful tag.

And inside this envelope --- a beautiful collage in it self --- there was 

a lovely card for me.

It is gorgeous , and I am sorry the colours are a bit bluish here! 

The first gift I opened was this very beautiful and lace-

filled pinn-book,-- I love the sweet image of a farm girl---

just like me, :-)

This is the back- so very lovely.

In the second packet I opened ,I found the most gorgeous collage,

have you ever seen anything so very beautiful.

All the laces placed like flowers, and the wonderful way Viola added all kind 

of fantastic materials to this piece of beauty! I love it -you should see it in real !!

And the last opened gift, was this stunning heart ,my sweet friend 

made for me. -it is so beautiful, and so gorgeous in it`s brownish colours- the

many fantastic laces and ribbons, tulle, and cheese cloth, -all 

arranged with  Viola`s wonderful sence for beauty.

I feel so lucky and happy, to have friends making such beauty ,for me.

And hope I can make them smile, and be happy as they do me!

That goes for you my dearest Viola, -you made me smile and feel happy,

opening all those gifts from your heart,to me.

BIRTHDAY GIFTS FROM VERY DEAR FRIENDS.

YESTERDAY I CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY, WITH A FEW FRIEND AND SWEET FAMILY.

And I want to show you some of the gifts I recieved also from very dear blogging friends.

This is the one that arrived first ,and that I even also cheated  in opening before my real birthday!!!- in full understandness - with  dear sweet Marie   from LOST BIRD STUDIO

I so love those two dear friends, in their lovely frame,- Sweetie.

In the  sweet box  was this darling handmade rose, packet together

with wonderful old pieces and buttons, and jewelry bits! I so love them ,and will have to talk very strongly to myself to start using them, as I prefer to keep them to myself !!

NEWLY MADE CREATIONS

This pin cussion ,made on an old mini candle holder of wood,

I first painted white, and then distressed it a bit. The flowers are totally wrong colour in my photo, not at all yellow, but the light cheated on me.

It was made for a dear friend for her birthday.

'

And this collage card as well,as I showed you already once before.

This is a note book, also made as a gift to someone dear.

I used the beautiful old blue embroideries ,and some old laces-

The flower is a dried Orchid  from my kitchen-It looks wonderful under tulle.

And one of my witches ,this year for Sct. Hans  (Midsummer party)

THE MOST AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL GIFT FROM LISA

Some time ago I ordered the most cute old baby boots, from my dearest   Lisa`s   Etsy Shop

And they arrived in this beautiful handmade bag...aren`t they adorable?

I love baby boots, and thiese are so sweet.

But  my  dear friend Lisa ,made my heart beat extra when opening up the package -

where her wonderful card first appeared...Isen`t it beautiful!

Because beneath this I saw  a gorgeous book appear!

The cover made from the back frame, of an old picture , see how  wonderful , it is closed with the brown velvet and an old mother of pearl buckle.

And you won`t believe the beauty being revieled ,when opening up the many pages, in Lisa`s stunning book.

This  sweet family of 3 , could be me ,my daughter and grandkid :-)

I love the border of flowers....

See the stone heart Lisa gave me , I feel so happy for such a token of blog love, --and the lovely girl so fantastic in her own little life-cirkels !

I love every page ,and every little bit of fabric and paper ,-dearest Lisa used for this book,: a Kids summer subject,-- and it is filled with beautiful transfers of  lovable kids--, this gorgeous page also with dried flowers,under a lovely transparent piece of fabric. 

And this with the sweetest verce in Sweedish, so I can read and understand -it is called:

Summer prayer! and is beautiful.

A tiny wonderful old book with childrens verces of Robert Louis Stevenson- incluted is  : The land of nod, which I so love.

And seing this page,made me cry (happy tears) - this is my darling grand daughter Mathilde, and my dear sweet Lisa, put  her in this book for me, too. 

Together with all the other lovely photoes -

and pages with amazing old fabrics and laces- and beautiful old bits and pieces of jewlery and nature items.

See the  spine, Lisa made to bind it all, and the little"tail" of buttons and a mussel.

On top ot this stunning book, I also found a big bunch of wonderful transparent fabris and laces,

and also a handfull of the sweetest serviettes , with birds and some golden embossed ones.

Can you understand I am in awe ,over this gift ,made with so much love ,- it is an amazing treasure that I will love and cherish for ever. 

Lisa my dear, you don`t know how happy you have made me , I alwayes admire your so amazing art pieces, and to actually hold one of your books in my hands is so very special.

Thankyou from my happy hart dearest friend-and mostly thankyou for your friendship, which is so precious to me.

TWO CARDS MADE FOR DEAR FRIENDS

Some time ago,I bought a gum form, to use for making copies of old white charlotte dolls-they are only making a half  doll,-that means there are no back,only a front.

I used paper clay to form this head, and tucket her onto a card of laces, where she rests beautifully.

I love how she came out,-not much more than one cm  or half an inch. in size of head.

This other card is made for someone else---

I used papers laces, nature items, and handmade paper,and the image is copied on fabric.

I can`t tell the names ,as my friends have still not recieved them !

Sunday my husbond and I drove to the other side of the island,to take a walk on a very special beach,

when we after walking for some time left the beach, it looked like this! Isen`t it so very beautiful?

But also a bit schary...look what it looks like maybe 10 meters from the sea--all over, dead trees-

still there in the sand, as if the water had "eaten " itself longer and longer into the island !!

And left them in the salty water ,to dye!

Schary and facinating, a very special place!

It is late evening here now- and tomorrow it is already wednesday, and half the week has gone!!

Summer should be here, but most dayes are still very cold, and as we also have gotten no rain,everything looks bad in our gardens- I really hope it will soon rain! I know many of you have had enough rain, -alwayes difficult to be satisfied with the weather,lol.
