And look how very beautiful it was packed,this totally surprising packet from dear

The napkin in french and the most lovely heart , so sweet.

Inside I first found the wonderful little bag-see the heart with the french Pour vous- made on paper background. Isen`T it the most beautiful hiding spot for ATC`s or cards - I so love it, Marie.

and looking inside was one of Marie`s beautiful note books- See the tiniet nest with the pearly eggs, and the blue bird she used,-- pure beauty.

and I also love this tag she had hidden inside the notebook-- with the sweet text and button

Also this dear sweet friend spoiled me with a peg rolled with wonderful cotton lace, and the most lovely card.

The inside of the notebook reveals a coupon good for one hug anytime :-)

I hope to get it one day Marie. You made me so happy with this special and beautiful packet, thankyou from my heart dearest friend.

BIRD COLLAGE- AND WONDERFUL MEETING

I love beautiful old images of birds, and this in black and white is a favorite-and as many of you know, I also love nature images, so this combination alwayes is beautiful ,I think.

Can you see the button in the right side, they are made by ABBY, from Abby`s Paperie Garden--click the photo to see it closer. Sweet Abby sells thise beautiful paper buttons in her Etsy shop.

One of my very dear blog-and telephone friends here in Denmark--dear Anni- desited that it was time for us to meet, and that it was most practically done, in Copenhagen-where both she and I have our daughters.So after I left Mathilde with her parents, we met ,and had a very happy, and wonderful time together, for the most of the day,till my buss to Sweden and home ,arrived.

It was first time we were face to face, so we had joked about what would happen,if suddenly we could not talk at all! This photo of us,was taken by Anni`s sweet daughter ,whom came to meet her, when we said goodby--can you tell it was cold!

Well -there were not many pauses, LOL .We visited some special shops ,we both love-bought a few things- laughed and talked-

had lunch at a great place where they serve most disches from the Mediteranium countryes so yummy--

and exchanged our christmas gifts.

This wonderful retro tag was outside my packet-

Which was this so very beautiful, and gorgeous heart pillow,

I love all the handmade laces and doilies , and the beautiful images Anni used.

It fits wonderfully at the top of my coutch- and the colours Anni choosed are perfect for this spot.

The sea is very cold here ,too-and as you can see there are ice on all the rocks- they promised a bit warmer weather for the week-end-- lets hope they are right.

BACK TO NORMAL AGAIN- AND A GORGEOUS SURPRICE

Hi all dear friends, --we are allone here again,and I thought I would show you a collage I made some weeks ago,-and also a fantastic surprice I recieved with the post.

But first my collage..

as you can see I used lots of old laces and a beautiful angel image.

I covered it with a piece of mica, sewing it on with the mashine.

I also used old papers, tea bag,- and my loved skeleton leaves, in the button right corner.

AND THIS IS MY SURPRICE.....

It came from dear SONYA, of COUNTING MY BLESSINGS---totally out of the blue, as a bloglove gift.And I am so in love with both creations, and feel so blessed recieving such gorgeous art pieces, just like that!

Inside the wonderful paperbag, was this stunning card, which my photo does not do justice- as it is a totally beautiful shimmer of the glitter Sonya used, and you can`t see that the angel is standing out from the background, and all the lovely flowers.

Inside the packet was this -I did not believe my eyes- beautiful collaged piece- in the most pretty romantic colours, the rose that Sonya made herself, and the sweet little charms.

I so love it, and also that it hangs from a dryed branch. If you click the photo you can read the text, that have a special meaning for dear Sonya, that I`m now sharing. Isen`t it the most fabolous piece,-I think it is!

Thankyou dearest Sonya from my heart, you made me feel so happy and blessed sweet friend.

BLOGGER DIFFICULTIES AND NEW CREATIONS

YES me too-- problems commenting, also- AND some bloggers tells me they have a big warning entering my blog, that their MIGHT be virus on it!!!!!!. like so many other experiensed last year. It is all BLOGGER PROBLEMS ,and that Internet Explorer does not support BLOGGER anymore . --I do not have virus, I have scanned my computer several times ! and I so hope they will soon fix it. And I hope you will visit me even if the sign comes up , please.

This piece of wood, have stayed with me for long, but last week I thought I would do something pretty with it, and dressed it with lots of laces, and nature elements.

The tile in front is covered with ink in a special tecnic, that I read about at LISA`S BLOG ,when she shared it last year, and ROBIN so generously gifted me with the tiles and the material to use with it.

I used a found feather, a piece of bark, skeleton leaves, and twigs.

I love how it turned out. It is only 12 cm high and 10 wide.

This year again I have found many skeleton leaves :)

Also made a tag, I had this piece of terracotta/brown fur ,that matched her lips so great.

Photoes from my walk at the beach last week- as you can se there are no snow here yet,only long winter shaddows.

and big waves bringing wood from the sea to shore.

An ATC I have made for a swap- more about that later!

Even after christmas I have been gifted with amazing gifts.

Before christmas I was the happy winner of dear DAWN `s beautiful giveaway, -she had made the most beautiful tiny christmas tree, and gorgeously put it under a glass dome, on a silvery pedestal

And when opening her packet, those pretty laces ,lovely rolled up with seambindings-an old photo,a resin charm, a page from a ledger book- a white wonderful christmas tree, and some other old papers, were there , as extra gifts for me, thankyou sweetie from my heart-I love it all.

And the tree ! Isen`t it just so beautiful ?

See how fabolous it is decorated, I love Dawn used the tiny brooch.All in all I guess it is maybe 25 cm, from foot to top of dome.I thought I had won the sweetest tree- but not the rest....so I was so exited to see it all there in the packet.

Thankyou my dearest Dawn, you are a very precius friend, and the most sweet, kind and helpful blogger ever.Your tree is still here in my window, as I hate to pack it down already :) I love it ,it is the most gorgeous little decoration.

Also I had ordered the most fantastic creations from another dear friend REBECCA - and she so dearly ,also gifted me with the most beautiful gifts.

Look at those gorgeous packed parcels! old tinsels, old decorations- ....

And look what was inside - all this wonderful gifts for me, -I love the heart and the sweet sock-and little bird

And see here another so very beautiful fabric heart, with the most lovely laces. See the key with the heart and cross on, so meaningful on this heart.-Thankyou my dear,dear Rebecca, I couldn`t believe my eyes seing all this.

Here is the Cone I purchased from Rebecca- it is wonderfully decorated , on top, with old beautiful pieces

like this bird, a tree, and old tinsel, and papers- I so love it,

and this gorgeous flower,that I also purchased is FANTASTIC- big and beautiful.

Dear sweet Rebecca, from my heart ,also thankyou ,to you- I will treasure all this alwayes, and YES your cone is also still not packed down --

Because of christmas, those packets only arrived in the new year, so I have to enjoy them for a while,before they are packed away for next years happines.

FRIENDS ARE ANGELS WITHOUT WINGS

This romantic Valentine -like card I want to "send" to all of my dear blogging friends all over the world, to say thankyou ,for the most wonderful year gone. Thankyou also to new followers, I am so very happy to welcome you, and to experience your blogs,-- I look forward to many beautiful hours in your compagny-both new and old friends.

I also would like to show you this -I think-beautiful collection of english tee- and dinner service set.

I bought it many years ago, in a local antique store, and payed very little for all .

There is everything needed for 8 persons for dinner and tea-

and with so many different paintings /motives-which I love.-maybe you saw that on the dinner plate, there is

snow falling!

And only on this 3 different pieces there are also 3 different motives.

I love to use this set in wintertime, and I love the name : Harvest time, The Friendly village.

We already started on second week in January-and I must say I so enjoy the quietnes and piece- that alwayes follows a new year here on this little island- piece to breathe,and start all over creating for the new season to come,arriving with spring in May.

I hope you also have time to breathe, and to feel the new year slowly starting to take form.

MY FIRST CREATIONS IN 2012

Today was my first day in the studio in the new year,- and after cleaning the mess a little bit, I created this heart and cart for a wonderful friend. The bird image is transferred to cloth and the pocket holds driftwood from my beach.

the card is created with cardstock from an old photo album,and I also used the -see through-paper that stayes between the pages- on top is a piece from an old ledger book and a real old photo- the leafe is a dryed baby oak leafe.

AND THE LAST OF MY CHRISTMAS GIFTS RECIEVED FROM DEAR BLOGFRIENDS!

This first one from my sweet friend from The Nederland Yvonne It is the most beautiful heart made as a card to open up.

Se the gorgeous rose she made and added outside with the fragile and lovely lace.

And inside the dearest angel, and her sweet wish, -with more laces ,flowers and bling.

It is so fabolous,and I love it Yvonne- Thankyou dear-from my heart, you are a fantastic artist

Isen`t it pretty with all the little details.

Nellie I have known for many,many years now, and we are good friends.

This wonderful woman and fantastic artist send me one of her soldered hangers,with the sweetest little angel.Only the soldered piece messures 18 cm, and then comes the old fragile beautiful fabric .

Thankyou dear Nellie, I treasure it so much.

And this darling little baby boot- very old and worn is from a dear danish friend Solvejg.

She found this lonely little sweet thing in a shop in Copenhagen ,and brought it back to here, to give to me for christmas. Do you think I love It ??? I surely do.

My so generous friend also had bought me lots of different coloured seambindings,and flowers-and everything was so beautiful wrapped ,in the tones of christmas.

And this little angel sweetie took my heart away as soon as I layed eyes on her- Dear Robin she is the most beautiful little friend- and I love her-just like you.

TIME FLIES-TIME RUN

and in 3 dayes christmas is here--well in Denmark anyway,-as we celebrate on 24/12.

And as my daughter ,two grandkids,-and son in law ,arrives 23/12 ,I think I will now tell you all a merry christmas.

THIS LONG LOST PACKET WAS MORE THAN ONE MONTH ON ITS WAY, BEFORE IT ARRIVED TO ME, ALL THE WAY FROM US -AND FROM MY DEAR FRIEND ROBIN

Maybe you remember that I some time ago told you that I had fallein in love with Robin`s wonderful dolls,

and seeing her angel BEA- I just so had to have her ,:)

And dear Robin, also gifted me with another of her gorgeous and funny birds: Chre Bird, here she is eating in my kitchen grenery after the very long ride,lol.

from U.K. for me ??? I did not get it....

Opening it up, there were the one sweet packet after the other !!

A wonderful show on the Christmas ship : "Poul Anker"

I`m tired but happy home again , from the show on board the Christmas Ship.

Many dolls and other creations got new homes, and I could smile after 50 hours on board.

I have found a few photoes to show you what my booth looked like!

We have to bring all needed to the display, so we had big table plates, and big branches with us as we went onboard friday afternoon.

Here is the most of the table, showing angels of many kinds, also hanging from the roof-many of them luckily

flying off to new homes :)

LISA`S BEAUTIFUL SLIPPER TUTORIAL, AND A SHOW COMING UP

I have for long wanted to tell you about those beautifull little slippers, made by my dear friend LISA

from Tarnished and Tattered. I fell in love with them, first time seing a pair,-and I think you will too.

And now Lisa have made a tutorial ,for everyone to buy in her Etsy (just click her name-and you will be right there to see for your self).

Aren`t they so very beautiful ? like little dreams, and starlight fairy slippers-

Lisa is a most wonderful artist, and I`m sure many of you knows her,-but if not you will so enjoy visiting her blog- Tarnished and Tattered--it is full of fabolous creations of many,many kinds.

This is a not good photo from my shop showing a simple and yet lovely decoration.

A big silver glass ball on top of an iron urn -surroundet by an ivy wreath sprayed with a little snow, and

with a zinc ornament hanging from it.

My father christmas in red velvet and real fur, he is coming with me to the next show-

this week-end, on the "christmas ship" sailing from the island to Sjælland (Køge) friday.

It is loaded with artists and people selling food specialities from Bornholm-

and I will be there ,too-- with a dear friend Lena, helping me--- hoping to sell some angels ,and..and .....

We will be back home sunday midnight again, so you will not hear from me

the whole week-end- but monday I will be happy to return visiting all of you dear friends again.

BUSSY AS A BEE- CREATING FOR CHRISTMAS SALE.

I made some cones, for christmas , -not round ,but bent .I don`t know if you can see it, but the cardboard is simply bend on the length 5 times- , and then glued together , after being covered in tissue paper.

I used tissue on top, too.

Laces , pearls and a wonderful image from JAN ,-- go see her beautiful digi sheet images in her shop.

BEAUTIFUL GIFT FROM A BEAUTIFUL BLOGLAND HEART

This little heart made from old fabric and laces ,and with a beautiful Paper Whimsy image found when visiting NANCY on her wonderful blog, here.... I made today after finishing another doll!

When blogging you find so many beautiful friends, whom all have so very big and lovely hearts.

One of them is the very dear , and fabolous artist,-and my close dear friend, ever since we met ,last year : Suzy

Just look what the post brought me yesterday-

A fabolous journal, she made for me- as a gift - a gift just like that- !!!

Suzy had told me there was someting on i`ts way- but I never ,never thought , that that something would be this gorgeous journal.

The 10 pages is filled with beautiful and special fabric-and laces-in many layers,

combined as only Suzy is able to do , as she have her own very special touch to all she creates.

CHRISTMAS CREATION AND A WALK IN THE WOOD

Yes I`m still taking small breaks from the doll sewing- making small cosy christmas pieces.

Lately I have seen so many cute houses everywhere-and wanted to make my own.

I had a tiny wood birds house, and the wooden old spool is from my dear friend Robin.I used embossed metal paper (from my Bog Shot ) Diamond glace glitter and a sweet dove-it`s app.16 cm high.

Yesterday my husbond dragged me out of the sewing room- to take me on a tour to a wood, running along side the sea.Here we parked our car.

See how close we were -isen`t it beautiful?

So gorgeous colors- the water is on the right.

And this very beautiful old yellowed tree.

Tonight is Halloween - and I wish all my American friends a wonderful "scary" and funny Halloweens Eve.

And ofcourse everyone else whom celebrates tonight-

Tomorrow is first november-and another month dissapered just in a blink-I know most of us will not have more time to relax and enjoy the -NOW- in this coming months -but lets give it a try :)

MORE OF ALL KINDS OF CREATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS SHOWS

YES A NEW COLLAGE-

many of you have asked what I meant about "only making dolls"--and I wrote that as an excuse for myself....

the deal here is that I mostly sell my dolls in my real shop, and therefore I really should almost only create them, now for the christmas shows coming up....

But my heart is with those mixed media pieces so very much ,also- that I simply have to do some other things ,than the dolls, now and then :)

This collage in white-grey and black, shows a very beautiful copy on fabric, of a lovely lady. The original is owned by a friend whom collects those old photoes, and whom lend me his map, to make copies of all I wanted- Thankyou.

As you can see, there are many different dolls in my shop right now, and more are following.

TIME FOR A NEW COLLAGE- AND SOME WONDERFUL GIFTS

Even it really is not "allowed" for me ,to sew anything else than dolls (well almost) I had to make this collage today- I missed putting fabric`s and laces together-and also had sold many of the collages in my shop,SOOO I took time for this.

It is all fabric- no paper- the bird is made with gel-transfer- and the text and mark is copied on fabric, in my ink-printer.I used old,and new laces as well.

And after visiting a dear friend Diane

at Diane Knotts Musings I was so inspired to sew an apple--this is my winter apple, with

"ice" on to top.

I have got some awsome gifts resently- and this is from my very dear friend- Paula.

Paula embroidered the little pincussion after an old pattern- isen`t it a beautiful piece.Her stitching is fantastic.

Sweet Paula also sewed the pumpkin to me, -it now rests on top of a tarnished silver candlestick.

and in front of the pincussion is two halloween tags also from Paula.

Thankyou so much dearest angel friend, you are in my thoughts .

And look at this so beautiful envelope-it was made of Robin- whom have become a very dear friend also.

--calling for help, you are all there-you are the best of friends.

Unfortunately it seems ,that so many of you ,do have the same problem ,as I have-and that noone can solve it without changing to another browser!! I`m a chicken ,so I will hope for better dayes, from Blogger- and wait-like many of you also do.

And a funny thing is, that it seems ,some of the dissapering comments,arrives annyway-we just can`t see it.

That happened with both the somment to Theresa, and also to Tanya.

And speaking about Tanya, from Bead and Needle-- look what I bought from her shop lately!

I finished two more pumpkins for me to enjoy in my new room,here they are on white painted old wooden candle-holders-in the window.Have you seen my new find, in front of the candle sticks? - the old french ink and pen holder- a beautiful old doll sits now in the ink-bottle hole

The old lovely flowers used on the pumpkins, I once bought from Karla -Karla`s Cottage she has a wonderful Shop.

I found this two vintage candle glasses in a flea market ,this summer, and thought they could look sweet with a little lace and a "french" charm.The beautiful lace, was once wrapped around an order I recieved from dear Rhonda, from http://alittlebitfrench.blogspot.com/

PUMPKINS FROM FAR--AND NEAR

Not long ago, I found a blog named : 612 Riverside and was so taken by Theresa`s pumpkins made from woollen sweaters, and all kind of other materials.

And seing this little sweet ,in her Etsy shop, I ordered it - here it is on my little doll chair.

It is so beautiful, and I love the rose added.

Theresa was so very kind and added other goodies, like this tiny sweet paper pumpkin,the beautiful

and inside this paperbag,there were also

sweet old and lovely things for me to create with.

Here I photographed it together with some pumpkins I made myself.

They are made in canvas,with curled tangles, and a bit of frost glitter.

Those 3 are more summerlike ,and made for dear friends.

And an abundance of vegetables from our garden. Carrots in white,yellow,orange,and dark red.

and beans also in dark black and green.

The wonderful flower is a Cafè au lait Dahlia , so huge and very beautiful.

3 LITTLE CREATIONS

Not much bigger than an ATC- is this hanger, with the beautiful PW image.

The :Chambers Bros ticket, was a big roll I was lucky to buy, from an antique store in Denmark.

Petite lavender cussion -10 x 15 cm. --Here I used a rather new image from DEZINAWORLD

June has some wonderful sheets and lovely blogs ,and I often visits for a little buy- as I think she offers to very resonable prices-and very sweet images.

The image is printed on canvas sheet.

The number 2 lavender cussion is 9 x 18 cm- and unfortunately I can`t remember from where the image came,-sorry. It is printed on fabric--on both cussions-I used old laces and sari silk ribbons.

Here it has almost turned into autumn- and today we had a very beautiful day.

Can you understand, I was so very exited when a big package from my dear Lisa Tarnished and Tattered had arrived,while I was in the wedding of my niece!!!

Lisa told me some time ago it was on it`s way, and there it was welcoming me home--

This was her so special, and very beautiful gift to me- isen`t it wonderful?

The most gorgeus nature collage, -the fern covered with wax, and also the other leaves-and the GREAT iron handle filled with dried pieces from Lisa`s nature, --I felt so overwhelmed- both from the beautiful art- and that Lisa picked those elements in her part of the world,- and send them to me in Denmark, as a most special part of her collage -for my birthday.They all survived the travel-

I hope you when clicking the photoes ,can see this wonderful art piece ,it is truly amazing, -I love the sweet girl in the old photo,the old pin- and the wooden handle on top -

Lisa ,you are fantastic- -- I love it , dear.

A card from one end of the world, to the other- showing time differences -

it is wonderful,-can you see the one watch is a real one-and sewed to the card.

Also I was gifted with this bunch of beautiful nature fabric`s- some of which Lisa colored herself, in soft green tones- they are beautiful.

Do you remember Lisa not long ago, had a little tutorial about using those tissues for printing -leaving you with great transparent sheets, to use in your art--WOOHOOO this dear friend also send me a package of that, and I can`t wait to try them :)

WEDDING JOY-AND BEAUTIFUL GIFTS

I am home again after the most beautiful wedding-It took place in so wonderful surroundings ,and was filled with sweet and lovely people , and lots of fantastic music-if you read my last post you know the the bride -Ditte and her -now husbond- Sigurd are both fantastic musicians-..

And here she is --the beautiful and so ,so sweet bride-( my niece ) she did the dress herself-isen`t it so wonderfully made? it is laced in the back- and the tulle hanging under the skirt, looked so sweet.

I also love to show you this wonderful birthday present that my dearest friend Paula ( whom have become very special close to me ) send me-- -here is a sneak peak from opening the packet!

And see here all the beautiful packed gifts-I was so overwhelmed.

Have you seen the most beautiful tag dearest Paula made for me- we both love pinks !

There was also pretty white linens- folded and with seambinding and a sweet tag, and other beautiful old laces- ----and OH MY -

a pair of old baby leather boots-very used and very wonderful.Sweet Paula know how difficult it is to find them here, and so lovingly send me a pair. Thankyou my dear friend.

The box Paula made enterily herself, of cardboard, and "dressed" it in wonderful paper, and the sweetest fairi image on top. Inside was among buttons,also two pair of lovely earrings-you can see them in the photo below.Can you also see the other wonderful laces and the cute pink tag.

and this most beautiful heart, made from Paula`s heart to mine-I know-

with the little pocket with old text from an english/french word book.

She also sewed this sweetest needle bag from old beautiful laces,to me

-inside is needles and other sewing notions. (Also love the cute tissue paper :) )

and ,see this beautiful pillow, so wonderfully filled with the most cute baby socks-lovely vintage flover, old cabinet card, and music paper.As I took the photo , in this angle you can`t see the gorgeus old lace below on the pocket. Paula sweetie everything is so very beautiful, my dear .

SUMMER CREATIONS and a vacation

Here is a new angel, sweet and long-legged waiting in my shop, to be sold,

she is dressed in old laces-and beautiful fabric`s.

And maybe you remember me telling that my dear friend Anni and I desided to make each other a tussi mussi for each our birthdayes, which are both in june.So this is what I made her

it is real big, and the fabric ,folded around the form is partly old,partly new.

There is a little bird living on top of it, and I enjoyed hanging the sweet tools in rusted metal, to show the garden team , so beautifully added with the sweet girls.

I`m so sorry I do not remember from where it is, -if you know ,please tell me ,so I can tell it here.

I am glad Anni loves it.

A late beautiful yellow rose in my garden- which apart from this one, only holds pink,rosa, white, and lilla, coloured roses.-But it is so lovely, so I keep it.

Friday morning, we will take on a little vacation- and to my niece`s wedding.

Ditte is a fantastic fiddler and have played all over the world

She is marring her dear Sigurd, also a wonderful musician

My sweet friend Lena, will live here while we are gone, and take care of the shop- I am so garteful for that.

Cards made for dear blogging friends- and gifts recieved -

A little collage with cards ,made for some very sweet friends, whom wished me a happy birthday-

I hope they will soon arrive, on their doorstep.

Some weeks ago, I saw that Sharon, a wonderful jewlery aritst- and one very sweet and dear friend, -had made yet another wonderful necklace,-and as I just had my birthday-and my mother gifted me with some money-I had to order it .Sharon makes many beautiful ,beautiful art pieces, and I have bought some few from her,when I can effort it,-as I LOVE all she makes.

those wonderfully wrapped packets --and the tea (so special for me) were inside the envelope.

This is the most beautiful necklace-so special,-and fantastic !

Here in it`s full lengh-and laying on the wonderful fabric`s from Sharon.Also she gifted me with this other so sweet necklace with the ballerina, hanging in a lovely sari silk cord-I love it also very much my dear Sharon-Thankyou so much from my heart.

And have you seen this wonderful collage - made by another sweet friend Cindy

from Whimsical Musings- I love Cindy`s art , and all her different doings-and she is the sweetest woman,also. Thankyou so much dear Cindy , it is so beautiful.

This card made on very heawy watercolor paper (I think) came from dear Suz - I can`t figure out how she made this so beautiful card , it is wonderful textured, and the colors so rich , in real-and very cleverly made-I love it dear. Thankyou from my heart for thinking about me.

And look at this cute little chick- it arrived, also from far away ,-from Sherry --her blog is named Createologi-and Sherry is a very sweet lady -thankyou also ,so much for thinking about me, dear Sherry.

And this, this is a very special gift.Some weeks ago, I -as alwayes,-when there is a new post from her--- visited Petite Michelle Louise

and in that post she showed the most beautiful treasures from the sea: white glasses-or china pieces , that she so wonderfully displayed in her home. I was so loving, the sight of them, and told her, naturally-- and the dear Michelle, wrote me back, offering to send me some- isen`t that sweet...

look what came to me some dayes ago-beautifully packet ,with two sweet tags, and a lovely Paris card

this" Cadeaux de la Mer"---- Michelle I love those pieces so much- They will go on my dresser in the sitting room -with other treasures-Thankyou sweetie.

HI I´m here back again

Hi all dear bloggers and friends,-yesterday my daughter and her family left for home, and we are here "allone" again, after one week of many wonderful hours together.

As I have not been creating for this week-I thought I would show you the gifts I made for my dear friend Julia , `S birthday.

This driftwood angel ,I can only show you the top of, as the other fhotoes unfortunately were very bad!

This is an old wooden curtain stopper, found on fleamarkets- if lucky....

My husbond made the foot for me, and then I decorated with paint ,silverleaves,old text and image.

Also made sweet Julia a bird, and decorated the old spool with silkthread, with a domino charm.

Another domino charm, that I knew Julia loved, and a tiny envelope with letter inside.

and ofcourse a card for my friend.

Sweetest friends , from tomorrow my daughter ,son in law, and the kids comes for summer hollyday, and It might almost surely mean, that there will be not much time here on the computer.

A PAGE FOR A BOOK CREATED WITH FRIENDS FROM ROSES ON MY TABLE

This angel page, I created to be a part of a :"feel better" book--made for a friend whom also attents "Roses On My Table" we made each one page -one side the collage,-the other side the greetings-

And this I found in my post today OH MY- Dear Lynne from U.K.

have made me this so beautiful birthday card- I am in love with it, and the beautiful tones of brow and robins egg blue-isen`t it just wonderful- I also love the stamps Lynne from blog : ADORN --used.

And this wonderful collection of laces and beautifully stamped seambinding were there too.

How very sweet of you dearest Lynne- I love the text stamps-they are gorgeus,too.

Today is the last day with Mathilde, -so tomorrow we take the fairy to Sweeden, and from there bus to Copenhagen-where mom and dad, comes to meet us. I will be back home late tomorrow evening.

Waxed Collage - and more gifts, from dear friends of mine.

As some of you know, I am taking part in some of the classes on Roses on my Table and this is my first waxed collage. I love Zinnia`s workshops, they are wonderfully teached with lots of videos, and you can take all the time to create-as they are not time limited.

I`m kind of out of my zone hier with all the colors, but I loved to try working like that.

This beautiful little pillow is from my dear friend Marie of Lost bird Studio

can you see the beautiful details ? I so love the nest.

Here from the behind,with a pocket, and verce -it is the most lovely pillow,from a most sweet friend.

And this wonderful tag, ,with the D and the sweet text , isen`t it lovely?

Sweet Marie also send me some beautiful serviettes-I almost can`t bare to use them, as they will be gone then-hihihi- look closely to also see the beautiful embossing thing Marie gave me to my Big Shot maschine.

Thankyou sweet, for all your lovelyes, -I adore them.

The next packet came from my very dear friend, from Denmark :Anni

She made me the sweetest fabric card, with the two soul friends,isen`t it just so romantic and beautiful?

And the most lovely pink tussie mussie--We had agreed to swap a tussi for our birthdays which were only3 dayes apart from each other. This is in my favorite color- pink :) I love the tag,too.

Anni also made me this beautiful icon fastened on an old music sheet-and the madonna made on an old

domino brick.The doily and all fabric used for my gifts Anni colored with Avokado- so wonderful colors.

This is also a beautiful icon-in such a lovely color-and another domino on top ,with

vergin Mary- so very lovely-

Thankyou so much dearest friend- I love it all, Anni.

And last week I had a wonderful surprice, recieving the most beautiful present from dear Sharon from Livewire Jewlery see the sweet tag, with the hearth lock-

Inside I found the most gorgeus vintage rosary - I collects them and this is so beautiful.

It was hiding in Sharons lovely pouch- real shabby and wonderful.I love the rose with bling inside.

Sharon even added beautiful bits and pieces -beautiful babric and buttons-and the juicy green handcolored doili. Sweet friend, I love it all. Thankyou from my heart.

The rest of this week, I am having my Mathilde here, her parents have had a huge water disaster in their cellar and garden, because of a very big thunderstorm that hit Copenhagen ,where they live- so the sweet little girl will have some dayes on hollyday with her grandparents :)

Well now you know that I will be not that much on my computer this week- but I will have lots of fun here, and return very soon.

Midsummer bonfire- and more fantastic birthday gifts

This was the bonfire we went to see, on the harbor in the nearby city

And here are some wonderful witches- whom did luckyly not end up on the bonfire ,lol.

As I told in my last post ,I so want to show you all the most wonderful gifts I recieved from dear blogging friends- and as I show them in the order they were here,-today I will share with you some gorgeus artpieces, that came from sweet dear friends in Germany.

This beautiful card was made of a very dear friend JULIA Vintage With Laces ,please click the photo, to see the wonderfil details, and see the old angel card.

Julia is a wonderful artist,and my close friend,- see this so sweet and gorgeus collage, in the most lovely frame, also with added lace and funny shells.

I love the two friends ,on the beach, and all the sweetness about this wonderful picture.(Could be us ,Julia?)

As I have so many pictures to show, and as I was in such a hurry to open up all this wonderful gifts, everything is unpacked,and also the most lovely lavender pillow, from dear Julia, but it was sweppet in the most lovely old handkerchief, as you see below.

And this gorgeus can with lid, that is also a beach theme, was filled with laces and other lovelyes, just look the next photo. I so love how Julia, made it a tiny bit with rosa tones here and there, also the

beautiful shell on top of the lid-(sorry you can`t see it)

Here is the inside: old spool with silkyarn-beuatiful old price tags,small crystals-

and the laces ,so lovely.

Julia also added an old needle paper , and the most lovely coloured laces.

The other fantastic packet came next day, also from Germany, from my other very special friend,-VIOLA

She is a wonderful artist and very sweet friend ,too.

and so is this very beautiful picture/collage- I love the frame with old text and numbers-and the beautiful materials, Viola used to make this a very special piece.

And this little sweet pillow-can you see the many wonderful layers of lace-love the bit of added red color.

The card dear Viola made and send me, is fantastic,too, see she even found and added the date-24-and the most sweet text.

Viola you also spoiled me with all your most wonderful gifts, dear friend-as I told you ,you have a Viola corner on my wall , with all this and many other beautiful artpieces from you.

LITTLE BEAUTYES MADE FOR A VERY DEAR FRIEND OF MINE

A card with a very beautiful image, that I think comes from a blog called Artefachts with wonderful freebies.

I placed a beautiful scheleton leave I found, apun her, and gorgeus lace fabric ,and handmade paper,too

The little hearth is decorated with a bird transfer, lovely embroidered fabric-and the beautiful poem from Emily Dickson-don`t you love it?

Tomorrow it is Sct.Hans evening -a heathen celebartion of midsummer- where we have bonfires all over, and meets in every town ,to see the "witches" being burned- singing midsummer songs, and maybe eat with family or friends. If the weather is not on rain, it is a beautiful evening, in the danish summer.

And friday it is my birthday, not to be very much celebrated- --one dear friend comes for dinner-and that is very cosy, and what I prefer :)

SWEET FRIENDS GIFTET ME, WITH MOST BEAUTIFUL ART PIECES

This lovely seam binding rolled around sweet tags,

I BOUGHT from Nancy of Sugar Lump Studios- I love and admire Nancy`s art, and have enjoyed one of her wonderful classes on the net,too.

Nancy is a very sweet friend.

And then see this beautiful hanger she gifted me with , together with my buy.Isen`t it wonderful, and turning it over...

there was this other dear image. It is to be opened,to change images, which I will never do, as this is a dear gift for me. Thankyou so very much, dearest Nancy, you made me so happy for giving me this , beautiful piece.

And then the gifts from LIZ (Lululiz in Lalaland) as I promised you in my last post.

Oh my goodnes Liz you spoiled me, with this gorgeus gift packet dear.

Have you ever seen such a beautiful tag, so full of beautiful ribbons, pearls, seashells and glitterbeads-and so wonderfully fitting for my home on the beach.

But this was the real gift, even more beautiful as the tag-I love the image Liz haz used for both ,it is so fantastic with the mermaids dancing there,

and look at the wonderful ribbons and with tassels,-the photo does not do it justice, in colors,and also not realy showing the lovely hearts shimmer. -It is hanging in my blue kitchen :)

Dearest Liz it is such a beautiful gift, and a gorgeus art piece, you made me, sweet friend.

And on top of those gorgeus pieces ,there were also a sweet and beautifully decorated paper bag, filled with mop buttons-the loveliest little English bone china bowl, with a pretty piece of lace,with a tiny rusted key.

AND a roll of music paper, with a lovely beige big piece of lace rolled around it.

Liz I`m so very thankful for this fantastic gift from you, that is my birthday gift-Thankyou from my heart dearest friend-you realy surprised me ,and made me happy, I love it all, and will treasure it alwayes.

DOMINO TILES - and LILAC FLOWERS

I took another class from ZINNIA`s wonderful workshops on Roses On My Table, this time with domino`s

I love how they turned out , and made a handfull,that I will use in jewlery,

and maybe also just sell as is,-also on my Etsy-

They are sweet little pieces ,to be used in many wayes.

this last one I added fabric to- I love how it turned out.

And being with the Roses, here is one from my garden,I love that lilac tone, and it even smells wonderful.

this and the next one are Clematis`s

Both in fantastic colors-the dark grows in front of my shop-the other in my private garden.

My little granddaughter is sick, so I might take some dayes to look after her....and leave the shop to my husbond-we will see-have to talk with my daughter today.

It is Karla, from Karla`s Cottage whom is hosting it ,and it is a very fun ,wonderful, and-- cheap little workshop.

Karla explains in 3 small videos how to make her beautiful dress forms-and I just had to try...

What do you think? I loved doing it

and dress her in beautiful old fabric`s

and even it is summer here, I thought she had to wear a little fur -

I have enjoyed this workshop so much dear Karla-thankyou-

while the sun went to bed here -and to shine on the other side of the world.

the fantastic crazy quilt artist,- asking me to be in her Magazine : Crazy quilt gatherings

Here is the page, (yes I know my last name is spelled wrong,- not Pat I know-but the publisher :) ) but I am so very proud of being featured here,with one of my driftwood angels.

Beautiful blue mermaid -(can I say that myself? )but I kind of love her blue dress.

She is almost 50 cm. high ,so not one of the sma´ll ones.

WHAT SWEET LOVELYES CAN THE POST BRING--AND MY FIRST MAKE-DO

I have met the sweetes friend-Paula, in the community of blogs- and we have become close friends.
She is the most dear woman, and the sweetest soul.
Last week- I recieved a gorgeus packet from her -just looks at this so darling doll, that Paula made for me.

She is so cute. I`m alwayes so happy when recieving a doll from someone, because it is not often,I guess because I sew dolls myself.So this little dear was welcomed with open arms.

But dear Paula, also made me other beautiful things-look at all those packages.

See the lovely strawberry, it is the sweetest ever, and the photo does not do it justice.

I will show you in another post, and the cute pink flowers.

This is the sweetest tag, I love the egg spring theam

A wonderful hanging "bag" to hide beautiful stuff inside-see the fantastic old lace,and beautiful rosy fabric.

And a most sweet banner made from old doilies , such a sweet idea.

And look at this lovely bird- a mamma bird to a smaller one, Paula giftet me with ,in winter.

My sweet doll also had her own pair of wings ,so cute-and se the beautiful old lace,from a dress top-

I was so lucky,that I last year had bought this sweet little bed from my friend Solvejg, and mini Paula, fits beautifully inside ,don`t you think? Now she can rest there -she also have her own chair- as you will see later:)

I so love everything dearest Paula, thankyou from my heart, sweet friend, for all those heart and handmade beautiful art pieces, you gave me, and thankyou mostly for your beautiful friendship.

This morning I was so lost about the problem I had ,not being able to comment on several of my dearest friends blogs,-and therefore wrote a :"HELP", out to this fantastic community.-------

And ,you are all so wonderful- so many wrote me back,that they had the same problem----- and not to worry- it was a blogger problem,again.THANKYOU my sweetest friends, -where else can we meet such help-and caring people, as here.

And speaking about sweet friends, I have recieved so many beautiful gifts lately, and this one came some weeks ago--- I recieved it from one so kind and sweet woman.

Her name is Beth- I`m sure you know her from her blog Gathering Dust

This is her beautiful tag, laying on top of a tine box...

opening it up ,I found those so sweet and wonderful tiny, baby shoes

Aren`t they the cutest? I so love them

And they came in their original box-well worn ,soft- and beautiful.

Beth new ,I could not find old leather baby shoes, and found this lovely pair to me.

Thank you so much Beth- it was so very sweet of you.

I had for long wanted to make a thankyou gift for Yvonne ----Yitte to show her how much her beautiful OWOH gift to me ,means .She made it so extra, and I love it-and looks at it with joy, every day.

So I thought a driftwood angel woul be a right thank you choice!

Also I wanted to show my thankfulness-by adding a heart

And I thought she should have a little nature from Bornholm ,too.

Because this gift from her, was so very beautiful and gorgeus.

This book made with much love and beautiful french fabric`s-was the winning piece - but Yvonne also made a wonderful envelope for it- and then she added a most beautiful collage-(shown last year when winning)

Everything she makes is fantastic- and so beautifully made-

Also wanted to show you my blue Clematis , isen`t it beautiful-and so full of blooms just now.

I had the most wonderful time in Copenhagen, and misses my little Mathilde.

beautiful paper napkins

Now this is the finished collage, from my last post.

As you can maybe see, I have used a papernapkin to the background.

I found those napkins in an wholesale shop-and bought 12 packages à 12 napkins inside.

You can se there are 4 different prints on them- of beautiful schript.

I will put some in my Etsy ,if someone could be interested in buying a packet.

I think they are gorgeus for backgrounds for collages of all kind-

AND for putting on your table :)

Tomorrow I`m leaving the island ,to go see my grandchildren in Copenhagen-

and my husbond stayes home,to take care of the shop.

I can`t wait to be with them for some dayes.

So now you know ,what is going on, if I dont get time to visit, you while I`m away.

ETSY MERMAIDS- AND A GORGEUS GIVEAWAY FROM COMON GROUND

I THINK IT IS ABOUT TIME I PUT SOMETHING ON MY ETSY.

So I made 2 small mermaids, a white/grey one and a soft blue/turquise one

They will be added there today.

I think they are cute

swimming in from "my" Baltic sea

This is from my walk last week-end and what you see are roots under the asphalt-coming from the poplar`s you see in my collage here.Can you immagine ---the little new plant,- have the power to break through the asphalt, and join the world-- so amazing.

COLLAGE AND 3 PINCUSSIONS

After watering my potted plants outside-and doing the laundry this morning, I sooo wanted to make a collage in my studio. So I found some old laces, embroideries-and an old drawing I transferred to fabric,some time ago .

I added old music sheet ,a piece of teabag -stamped with a leaf pattern

and made a small rosette from some lovely seambinding I just bought. ISEN`T THE OLD EMBROIDERY BEAUTIFUL?

For some time I have bought old sweet cups-with or without saucers-as I have been so inspired seing my dear friend Dawn ,and others making pincussions inside cups.

So yesterday I made those 3 cups-one in brown tones-and two in pink--I used lace embroidery-velvet -flowers-and added a few pins. My romantic heart likes them very much.

And look here, at last the cherry blossoms are starting to bloom-I can`t wait to see the many trees near by- full of those beautiful flowers.
