A blog award from my dear friend & a nest.........

Some time ago, too long, -regarding me only posting about it now-
I recieved a very sweet and wonderfull award from Lisa -Tarnished and Tattered .
This award is given to bloggers whoes creativity and positivity inspirers other bloggers.
I feel honoured to recieve this from Lisa ,whom is such an inspiration for me and many others ,with all the beauty she shares with us in her blog, It is amazing what she creates , and her blog is so very beautifull-take a look.
Thanks so much my dear friend.
The rules are, among others ,to pass this on to 12 bloggers, - but I would not know whom to choose and whom not,-so please forgive me if I`m breaking this one rule, by saying, that I will pass this on to all my blogging friends. You all inspire me in some way, and you all show positivity through out the years, making me feel blessed being a member of this blog-land.
Thanks to all of you.

Today when I really had to look through all my stuff, in my studio, I could not help doing this little birdsnest.
I have just bought this tool ,that you can make paper pots, for sawing seeds, and had to try it.

I used two diff. papers, old musiksheet and some very thin and used paper.
Then I filled it up with this thin yarn, and the bird. The egg is a small stone, that i painted.
I finished with a little bling-bling, a piece of driftwood, with the word :spring- silkribbon and lace
coloured in coffe, and some dried twigs.

I hope you all have done a thing, that you enjoyed today, -----
Love and hugs Dorthe

A lovely piece, surely now Spring has to come! It will make the sun shine and the birds sing, right?
Oh please do tell, what is that tool you were talking about for making paper pots?

Hello, Dorthe! The comment you left today was the nicest surprise! Thank you, and I couldn't agree more. Color is powerful! It has the ability to move, energize and soothe us.

I applaud your talent and appreciate your craft. Your dolls have so much personality and character. I'm convince they are a reflection of their creator. Lovely!

Thanks again for your visit. it's nice to have a blog friend in Denmark!

hug!
Roxanne

Hello
I just love your nest but I do not know what the tool is that you make paper pots for sawing seeds?
I have been reading your blog and see you are a friend of Joanna's-she is such a talent. I took her bottle making video... I used to do stained glass years ago but didn't know how to use the wax. She is such a talent.
Thanks for stopping by
Blessings

I love the nest that you have created. What tool did you use? Do I need one? Can I live without it?
